We start with a free, no-pressure conversation to understand where you at in your health journey and what your goals and dreams are related to your health. Together, we determine how I can support you and walk you through an actionable and personalized plan so you can start taking concrete, evidence-based steps.

Detailed intake session

We explore your symptoms- sleep, energy, weight, brain-fog, joint pain, all of it. We also identify what no longer works. We talk about your values and strengths that can help support you during this transformation. We connect the dots across your different symptoms and lay out a plan. We find motivation to take action in line with results you desire, despite shifting priorities

Launch into your coaching program

We meet weekly to work on the personalized plan. You have support, accountability, and evidence based strategy all through these weeks. We celebrate wins, discuss roadblocks, and iterate our plan along the way to best suit you. You have access to expert coaching from a functional medicine lens.
