Reclaim Control 2.0: Navigating Menopause with science & support

In our Reclaim Control program, we work with women who experience disrupted sleep, brain fog, mood shifts, hot flashes, joint pain, or a body that just feels unfamiliar. Menopause is real, it's complex, and it deserves more than "pushing through."

About the program:

Reclaim Control is a 6-week group coaching and education series. It combines clinical expertise and functional medicine coaching so that you can understand your biology and build a plan to take control of your health.

Each session weaves together clinical science, guided coaching, and open Q&A - so you always leave with both understanding and a clear next step.

In 6 weeks you will:

  • Find motivation to take action in line with results you desire, despite shifting priorities

  • Connect dots across your symptoms, your story, your values, your choices to protect long-term health

  • Work on a personalized plan based on evidence-based strategies to relieve your symptoms

  • Be part of a safe, confidential and supportive space without judgement and in community 

  • Receive accountability and expert coaching from a functional medicine lens

    Details:

  • Private 1:1 intake session - before the group begins - so your experience is understood and your priorities are set from day one.

  • Hybrid model - education delivered by Dr. Bartos through an online platform + Live sessions

  • 6 live weekly Zoom group sessions with Dr. Bartos and Sheetal

  • Each session will be 60-75 mins starting mid-July

  • Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching calls during the 6 weeks

Meet your guides:

Sheetal Kapani, Board Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, specializes in perimenopause and menopause coaching. Her own perimenopause journey - feeling depleted and disconnected from a body that no longer made sense - led her to found Joyful Renewals. Using motivational interviewing, positive psychology, and deep listening, she helps women bridge the gap between where they are today and where they want to be. Her approach is co-creative, not prescriptive: she's here to help you access your own inner wisdom and turn it into action.

Dr. Gabriella Bartos, MD, is a physician and educator with over 15 years of experience, bringing the combined lens of Internal Medicine, Obesity Medicine, and Functional Medicine to perimenopause care. Her focus goes beyond hormones - she views this transition as a systems-wide shift affecting metabolism, the nervous system, cardiovascular health, cognition, and body composition. Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine, and an IFM Certified Practitioner, she combines classical medical thinking with a systems-based approach to help women understand what is actually happening in their bodies - and what to do about it.
