Joyful Renewals is an 8-week group coaching series for women who are done guessing and ready to build a lifestyle approach that actually matches what their body needs right now.
This isn't a prescription. It's a partnership. As your coach, I help you bridge the gap between knowing what you should do and consistently doing it — even when motivation is low, priorities are competing, and your body feels like it belongs to someone else.
Each session combines evidence-based strategies with real coaching — the kind that helps you uncover what's driving your choices, remove the obstacles in your way, and build habits that hold up in your actual life.
WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH
Over 8 weeks, you will:
Understand your biology on your terms. Learn what's actually happening hormonally and how targeted lifestyle shifts — nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management — can meaningfully change how you feel.
Build a personalized action plan. Not a generic checklist. A plan rooted in your symptoms, your history, your values, and your real life — developed through coaching, not handed down from a template.
Find your motivation and keep it. Coaching helps you move past willpower and tap into what genuinely drives you, so you take action even when it's hard.
Connect the dots. See how your symptoms, habits, stress patterns, and daily choices are linked — and learn to adjust the levers that matter most.
Get accountability that actually works. Weekly sessions, a small supportive group, and a coach who follows up — so you're never just left alone with a to-do list.
Be held in a safe, judgment-free space. This is a confidential community of women going through the same thing. No performing. No pretending you have it all together.

→ 8 live weekly group coaching sessions on Zoom (60–75 minutes each), starting August
